Any student at WGU who has a complaint relating to Title IV eligibility or administration, the quality of education received at WGU, or otherwise relating to the accreditation standards of DEAC can submit their complaint to WGU and/or to any of the following: the Department’s Student Complaint website, the State authorizing authority, the State Office of Attorney General, the State Office of Consumer Affairs. (WI) State Authorizing Authority: Before filing a complaint with the Wisconsin Educational Approval Program (EAP), state law requires students to try to resolve the matter with the school. Every EAP-approved school has a process to resolve student complaints. If the matter is not resolved, a complaint may be filed with the EAP using the Student Complaint form, available for download at
