Any student at WGU who has a complaint relating to Title IV eligibility or administration, the quality of education received at WGU, or otherwise relating to the accreditation standards of DEAC can submit their complaint to WGU and/or to any of the following: the Department’s Student Complaint website, the State authorizing authority, the State Office of Attorney General, the State Office of Consumer Affairs.
